Clarion - Not a user friendly website..
I liked the ClarionMind and the docking station and would have kept it if the Clarion website was more user friendly.
I tried to register the product, but it only gave me 1/2 a screen and I could only register my personal data and not the product data...so I had to cancel the info and retry, but it would not allow...once you cancel, you may as well return the product, which I did...
I did not call the site to try to rectify...I should not have to.
no fault of AMAZON, which I am ranking #1 , 5 stars for the ease of retuning products, shipping, and quality of items.

Works well then there is signal
I bought the Clarion Mind with this unit for traffic report in the Miami area. I get no signal no matter how I position the antenna south of 836. I get great signal if I am in the Hollywood / Ft. Lauderdale area. For my daily commute, it is useless since I do not get any traffic signal. Unit is easy to install and setup. Signal aquisition is horrible in my area, but it is not Clarion's fault.
