That control unit right under the Italian-designed projector is a video processor with lots of in/outs for all your external stuff. It has the system of High-Definition Optical Signal Transfer (H.O.S.T.) that attaches to the SIM2 HT3000 projector and is able to be installed up to 750 feet away.

The HOST provides you with the high-integrity fiber-optic connection between video input processing unit and the projector. Maintaining total signal integrity this simple connection can be run up at a distance of up to 250m (750ft). The HOST module is set with the source components, with minimal cable lengths. Its on-board readout shows all important system information by touching a button.
