Advantages of Mobile Phones: Watch TV via PacketVideo

Till recently I was thinking that watching TV online is hardly possible to realize without special software and devices as compared with mobile TV phones. In fact, I wasn’t curious. According to several unconfirmed report, Apple Inc. is planning to create an uberstylish portable gaming device. At present this gadget is in strict confidence. Probably, it’s just a marketing step to attain a heightened interest to Steve Job’s daring innovations, otherwise the product will boggle our mind and we won’t be indifferent. This rumor sounds great for gaming fans!

It would be interested to know that Apple is looking for coders with C/C++ experience and a gaming background to work in the iTunes division. What does it mean? Who are those lucky guys capable of biting into an Apple? On the other side, they just want to improve and add gaming functionality of some sort to a new device.

It is expected that Apple will enter the hand-held games market. Not long ago patent applications have requested patent protection with the code word “APPLE” “for products that classify as “Toys, games and playthings, namely, hand-held units for playing electronic games; hand-held units for playing video games; stand alone video game machines; electronic games other than those adapted for use with television receivers only; LCD game machines; electronic educational game machines; toys, namely battery-powered computer games.”

Sure thing, Apple works out plans and methods to extend its sphere of influence. It goes without saying that video games industry takes on online entertainment consuming activities like movies and music. Remove your competitors and win the sympathy of users. And it must be said that Apple never misses the opportunity to take the first place standing high in consumers’ esteem.

Apple Sell Air: Laptop MacBook

After Apple made the most letters out of alphabet widely using ‘i’, they switched over to other nice words. Some weeks back Apple presented a new laptop named the MacBook Air. Currently it’s the world’s slimmest notebook. According to Apple designers, MacBook Air is ultrathin, ultraportable, and ultra unlike anything else.

It would be interesting to know, that Steve Jobs took the Apple MacBook out of a mailing envelope introducing this new gadget. It’s priced starting at $1,799 and should be on sale by this time. As far as I know, EU countries can buy it at a higher price.

Features:

* 13.3-inch LED-backlit widescreen display
* 1280×800 pixel resolution
* backlighting saves power and provides “instant on” response
* weighs about 3 pounds
* 0.16-0.76 inches thickness
* 12.8 inches wide and 8.95 inches deep
* built-in iSight webcam
* 1.8-inch hard disk drive with 80GB of storage capacity
* Intel Core 2 Duo chip running at 1.6GHz
* slimmed down MagSafe connector for power
* 802.11n-based wireless networking support
* Bluetooth 2.1+EDR
* 5 hours of battery life

The device is really impressive and the thinnest in the world. The more I know about the MacBook Air, the more I wanna get it in spite of the fact that no internal optical drive is included. By the way, the laptop is truly created for Greenpeace supporters, because it has a mercury-free display with arsenic-free glass, the circuit boards are BFR-free and PVC-free.

8 Ways to Kill Someone with an Ipod Nano

Digital media is a part and parcel of our lives. Folks like to listen to music and watch videos on the go whether they travel or work. I believe some out there show preference to portable media players featuring high storage capacity, various media formats playing back digital content in your cans.

I should say Ipod Nano, a portable media player designed by Apple, has many media fans-consumers. There is a great demand for the iPod Nano nowadays. Why? The small iPod combines features of iPod shuffle and iPod classic, lets you enjoy TV shows, movies, video podcasts and many more.

Surely, with greatest pleasure we make use of this stunning gadget and don’t suspect what threatening it may bring. Manual dexterity, special combat training, skills and experience are constituent parts of successful implementation.

By the way, ex-marine Brad Collum shares “eight ways to kill someone by using an iPod Nano”.

1. Break the Nano in half with your hands and use the glass viewing screen’s broken edge as a razorblade to slice the jugular when they are looking the other way.
2. Take off one sock (or something like this), place the Nano in the sock, swing it around as fast as you can (don’t not hurm yourself), and whack the intended target right on the temple.
3. Make use of the reflective shiny part to reflect sunlight into a drivers’ eyes blinding them, or if you are at a rock concert and the lead singer is prancing around on a center stage that protrudes into the audience like a phallus, you can use the same technique.
4. Use the cans’ cord to choke them.
5. Dig a pit about 5 feet deep, then take about 15 3-foot-long stakes 2 inches in diameter and sharpen one end to a fine point, like a very sharp pencil. Jam the sticks at least a foot into the ground, with the sharp ends pointing up. Cover the hole with pine boughs, grass, and leaves. Treat the Nano like a slice of cheese pizza in a deep, hot oven and place it gently in the middle.
6. The lithium-ion battery pack is a toxic agent that can be used to poison a person’s food and drink. With that end in view you should break the battery pack and saturate tea, coffee or soda with it.
7. Download to the Nano “We’ve Only Just Begun” by the Carpenters. Tell someone you will give him or her your Nano if they listen to that song a hundred times in a row.
8. Hide the Nano in a bowl of lutefisk, then take it to the annual Norsefest Lutefisk Eating Competition in Madison, Minnesota.
