But while its screen is big the receiver is rather small and pocketable.
Garmin Zumo 550 GPS Receiver comes with City Navigator NT street maps and POIs database that offers such additional information as motels, restaurants, fuel, ATMs and other destinations locations.

The device has a rechargeable, removable lithium-ion battery that gives the ability to use it while traveling or hiking. Moreover its Bluetooth wireless technology allows one talking on the phone hands free. Other device pleasant features include weather forecast, radio and traffic cautions, route planning and entertainment. It also allows loading any maps you want from your PC that makes it more bounds free.

But this so called “perfect device” has some shortcomings. Many people complain for its search function that sometimes is too slow. Some people can be disappointed with zumo MP3 player which is simple in use but does not support playlists and has some software bugs. It neither supports XM radio.
